Please, flick us an email at email@example.com with your intent to return so we can get all our ducks in a row to sort it out for you the second it arrives!
Another disclaimer - our online inventory is exactly the same as our store inventory. As such, if we are sold out of a style online - this means it's gone in store, too! Because of this, on occasion something may sell in store at the same time it goes online. These instances are rare, but they do happen! If this is to happen to you, we will endeavour to solve it in a manner you are happy with - be it re-ordering the item for you where possible, or issuing a prompt refund.
As you may be aware, we sell some pretty beautiful intimates (bralettes and knickers) - these are not returnable under any circumstances for hygiene purposes. I’m sure you’ll understand why!
Return shipping costs are to be covered by yourself - therefore we recommend using a traceable method (i.e. courier or tracked postage) as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post.
All sale/discounted purchases are considered final. That is, no exchanges/returns/or refunds will be issued - choose your goodies carefully! If they arrive faulty or not as described, we have your back and will help you out as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees act.
